Moving French Bulldogs to Japan: Gilligan and Leo’s Travel Story

Congratulations to Gilligan and Leo on their big move to Japan! We're happy to share their move experience below.

Two French bulldogs imported into Japan We were thrilled when Erjon received an exciting job opportunity in Japan, but our excitement was short-lived as we quickly learned of the very grueling and drawn-out process of bringing pets into the country.  PetRelocation was recommended to us by a few others, and after doing some research, we knew we would be in good hands.

The most difficult part about prepping the dogs for the move was keeping track of the dates and deadlines with each step, but PetRelocation kept track of every tiny detail.  Everything was very well organized for us, and they were able to communicate clearly with us as well as our veterinary team.

They didn't even seem to mind when we needed reassurance and asked them the same simple question three times (they must be used to nervous first-timers!).  We were feeling so guilty about putting the dogs through so many hours of travel, but they were very well cared for.

Both Leo and Gilligan are loving their new life in Japan and are extremely popular with the locals in their new neighborhood.
