Shipping Dogs to Australia: Yuki’s Story

Moving to Australia from the United States isn't an easy process. But can you imagine organizing all this while planning a wedding? That's what Yuki's mom was doing when she decided she needed a little help. Here's their story!

Yuki (my American Eskimo fur baby) and I were planning to move overseas while I was also planning my wedding. Concerned that I’d drown in all the paperwork and lose my mind to all the planning, my fiancé and I opted to give PetRelocation a try. Within the first call, all my fears went away.  During every step of the process, I felt confident that Yuki was in good hands. Nina and Katy were the best and I am so grateful for all the hard work and effort put in by everyone who assisted in Yuki’s big move.

My team at PetRelocation understood how much I had on my plate. Nina was there during the whole 6-month process of preparing Yuki. She was extremely supportive during all the vet visits, the pre-moving process, and even made sure to update me when Yuki landed safely during each of her stops.

Coming from a long family line of do-it-yourself-ers, PetRelocation was by far the best decision both I and my husband made during such an important time in our lives. It took a huge weight off our shoulders and was a well-made investment towards making sure nothing happened to our little fur baby.

As for Yuki, she's adapted to Australia quite nicely. She spends her days enjoying the back yard with her new little brother Caspian, a cat we decided to adopt. The two can be found snuggling or playing together when Yuki isn't going on hikes, long walks, or being spoiled by her new aunties and grandparents.

PetRelocation is an amazing company with a big heart for animals of all shapes and sizes, the humans that love them, and the families they help keep together.

What a happy looking family! We are over the moon happy that Yuki got to be part of your big day!
